Frequently asked questions
Why is there a travel fee?
Why is there a travel fee?
Travel fees cover the time, mileage, and convenience of bringing the notary service directly to your location. This includes driving, parking, waiting, and ensuring documents are completed on‑site.
Do you provide witnesses?
Yes — witnesses can be provided when available for an additional fee. Please request them in advance so we can confirm availability.
What forms of ID are accepted?
A valid, unexpired government‑issued photo ID is required. This includes a Texas driver’s license, state ID, passport, military ID, or inmate ID (for jail notarizations).
Do you travel to hospitals, nursing homes, or jails?
Absolutely. Mobile services are available for hospitals, long‑term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, and correctional facilities.
How fast can you arrive for an emergency notarization?
Response times vary by location and time of day, but urgent and after‑hours appointments are prioritized. Most emergency calls are handled as quickly as possible.
Do all signers need to be present?
Yes. Every person whose signature is being notarized must be physically present with valid ID at the time of the appointment.
Can you notarize documents from other states?
Yes — as long as the notarization takes place in Texas, documents from any state or country can be notarized.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, card, and digital payments (Zelle, Cash App, etc.) are accepted. All fees are confirmed upfront.
